We’ll help you define what Financial Independence means to you and set a course for the life you want in retirement.
The fastest way to build wealth is to keep it. We’ll meet during tax season to make sure you’re minimizing taxes and maximizing life.
Our low cost investing strategy can potentially save you hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees, which means more money for you to spend on vacations, experiences, and the other things that matter to you.
As an executive, or key employee, understanding your equity options (ISO/NSO/RSU) and how to manage the exercise and tax impacts can be critical, and potentially life changing. Lets review and ensure you get paid what you've earned.
We’ll help you set up your children without crushing student loan debt. You’ll become a proud parent that everyone looks up to.
It’s just as important to protect your wealth as it is to build it. With the right insurance, you’ll be able to create safety for your family.
Estate planning, while often overlooked, is an essential part of your financial security. Having the right documents in place ensures your wishes regarding your health and wealth are followed in the event you can’t communicate them yourself.
We partner with the professionals in your life, such as accountants, insurance agents, and attorneys, to make sure that everything is working together and moving you towards financial success.
You’re not alone when making big financial decisions such as buying a home or starting a business. Rather than wondering if you’re putting your future at risk, you’ll feel comfortable and confident with your decisions.

Fee Overview
At Williams Wealth Management, we provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services tailored to help you achieve your financial goals. Your investment portfolio is the foundation of your financial plan, and our management ensures it supports your broader objectives. Our primary compensation comes from an Asset Under Management (AUM) fee, which not only covers the management of your investment portfolio but also acts as a retainer for our full suite of financial planning services. This integrated approach aligns our interests with yours, incentivizing us to grow your portfolio while delivering cohesive support across all aspects of your financial life.
The AUM fee is a percentage of the total value of the investment accounts we manage directly for you. It applies to the following account types:
IRA
Roth IRA
Trust accounts
Brokerage accounts
Solo 401(k) (for self-employed individuals)
Note: Current employer 401K accounts and 529 accounts are not included in this fee, though we can provide guidance on these as part of our holistic services.
Our fee structure is tiered, meaning the percentage decreases as your total household portfolio value increases. This ensures our services remain cost-effective as your wealth grows. The fee is calculated based on the aggregated value of all your household accounts under our management—not on a per-account basis. We determine the applicable fee percentage using your total portfolio value, then allocate it proportionally to each account. The fee, quoted as an annual rate, is deducted monthly by the account custodian, Charles Schwab, at 1/12 of the annual rate based on your portfolio’s value at month-end.
As a fee-only fiduciary, we are dedicated to acting solely in your best interest. We do not sell commission-based products like insurance or annuities, nor do we have affiliations with mutual fund companies that could influence my recommendations. Instead, we primarily use low-cost Vanguard ETFs to minimize your investment expenses, ensuring more of your money works toward your financial goals.
If you do not have a portfolio for us to manage but still want to benefit from our financial planning expertise, we offer a monthly subscription service. This provides access to advice on retirement planning, tax strategies, and other financial matters, conveniently paid via debit or credit card.
