We’ll help you define what Financial Independence means to you and set a course for the life you want in retirement.
The fastest way to build wealth is to keep it. We’ll meet during tax season to make sure you’re minimizing taxes and maximizing life.
Our low cost investing strategy can potentially save you hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees, which means more money for you to spend on vacations, experiences, and the other things that matter to you.
As an executive, or key employee, understanding your equity options (ISO/NSO/RSU) and how to manage the exercise and tax impacts can be critical, and potentially life changing. Lets review and ensure you get paid what you've earned.
We’ll help you set up your children without crushing student loan debt. You’ll become a proud parent that everyone looks up to.
It’s just as important to protect your wealth as it is to build it. With the right insurance, you’ll be able to create safety for your family.
Estate planning, while often overlooked, is an essential part of your financial security. Having the right documents in place ensures your wishes regarding your health and wealth are followed in the event you can’t communicate them yourself.
We partner with the professionals in your life, such as accountants, insurance agents, and attorneys, to make sure that everything is working together and moving you towards financial success.
You’re not alone when making big financial decisions such as buying a home or starting a business. Rather than wondering if you’re putting your future at risk, you’ll feel comfortable and confident with your decisions.

Fee Overview
At Williams Wealth Management, we provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services designed to help you achieve your financial goals. Your investment portfolio is the foundation of your overall plan, and our management is intended to ensure it supports your broader objectives.
Our primary compensation is a portfolio management fee (a percentage of the accounts we manage for you). This fee not only covers the ongoing management of your investment portfolio but also serves as a retainer for our full suite of financial planning services. This integrated approach aligns our interests with yours by tying our compensation to the growth and stewardship of your portfolio while we deliver coordinated support across your financial life.
The AUM fee is a percentage of the total value of the investment accounts we manage directly for you. It applies to the following account types:
IRA
Roth IRA
Trust accounts
Brokerage accounts
Solo 401(k) (for self-employed individuals)
Note: Current employer 401K accounts and 529 accounts are not included in this fee, though we can provide guidance on these as part of our holistic services.
Our fee schedule is tiered, meaning the percentage decreases as your total household portfolio value increases. This ensures our services remain cost-effective as your wealth grows. The fee is based on the aggregated value of all household accounts under our management, rather than on a per-account basis. We determine the applicable fee, then allocate it proportionally to each managed account. The fee, quoted as an annual rate, is deducted monthly by the account custodian, Charles Schwab, at 1/12 of the annual rate based on your portfolio’s value at month-end.
As a fee only fiduciary, we are obligated to act solely in your best interest. We do not sell commission based products such as insurance or annuities, and we do not maintain compensation arrangements with mutual fund companies or product providers. Instead, we primarily use low cost, broadly diversified exchange traded funds, with a preference for Vanguard, to help keep investment expenses low so more of your money remains invested toward your long term goals.
For clients who do not have investable assets for us to manage but still wish to engage our planning expertise, we offer a separate monthly subscription service. This arrangement provides access to advice on retirement planning, tax strategies, and other financial matters, with fees conveniently paid via debit or credit card.
